dc.description.abstractHigh-power test benches require the combination of multiple equipment and accessories that must meet a wide range of external requirements. Furthermore, complex procedures for operation and calibration are necessary. This set of conditions raises a difficult issue in terms of uncertainty budget calculation for the crucial magnitude under verification: the RF power level delivered to the device under test, at which the discharge takes, or not, place.
